2000: Degree in Law from the University of Bari, with a thesis in Labour Law entitled "Delimitazione del campo di applicazione degli strumenti per la gestione delle eccedenze di personale". (Delimitation of the scope of the instruments for the staff surplus management)
2000-2002: Two years of law apprenticeship at Schena Law Firm in Monopoli.
2002-2003: Three months’ internship at the regional C.G.I.L. in Bari where she gained experience in the field of conciliations and extra-judicial transactions and trade negotiation.
